Q:Can RG-58 52ohm cable be used in this system or does it have to be 50ohm?
A:Because you are using Powered Antennas, I am assuming you will have antenna cable runs exceeding 100 feet in length. For cable runs 25 feet and longer, the use of RG8 low-loss RF antenna cable is recommended. NOT RG58. RG8 type cable is typically, and should be, 50 ohm impedance cable with a copper braided shield.
