    • Q:

I have the AT6012 Sonic Brush. There is an arrow on one side of the brush with no instructions on what that arrow means. Please clarify so I might use the brush correctly. Do you place the brush on the right side of turning record with the arrow pointing in the direction the record is rotating?

        A:

Thank you for your inquiry. The arrow should be pointed into the rotation of the record. For example, if the record is turned counter clockwise, the arrow should be pointing clockwise.

    • Q:

Love my AT6012 record care kit.
I need a replacement for the fluid which is almost gone. Do you sell the fluid separately so I could re-fill my 2 ounce bottle? If not what solution would be acceptable?
      Thanks.

        A:

The fluid only is model number AT8634. This is the same 2 ounce bottle. We do not make a larger, refill type bottle.

New Record Care Kit in Future?

If the AT6012 is discontinued, will a new model be up for sale anytime soon? Disheartening to see AT not sell any sort of record care items... I'd like to buy another AT record care kit soon rather than buy from a different company.

      Audio-Technica 6012 Out of Production?

The 6012 is sold out almost everywhere and there is no info - the one I've had for a while is going to need a replacement soon and I'm concerned that you've stopped production on one of the better record brushes on the market.

Thank you for your inquiry, I would suggest using a felt brush slightly dampened in the solution.
