ATH-ANC7 QuietPoint™ Noise-Cancelling Headphones
Audio-Technica’s ATH-ANC7 QuietPoint™ Noise-Cancelling Headphones will make their debut at 2007 International CES—Booth 71137 at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas. Ideal for use with in-flight entertainment systems, ATH-ANC7 QuietPoint™ headphones reduce distracting background noise by up to 85% (20 dB) allowing for increased fidelity and acoustic impact at lower volume levels. Large-aperture 40 mm drivers with neodymium magnet systems deliver deeper bass, extended treble and higher fidelity. The travel-friendly fold-flat design is equipped with fully integrated noise-cancelling electronics that require no external modules.
Another highlight at A-T CES, four additions to Audio-Technica’s Import Series headphones offer the superior audio quality that has made A-T a worldwide leader in electro-acoustic technology. Two new QuietPoint™ passive noise-reducing in-ear models—the ATH-CK9 and ATH-CK7 earphones—deliver outstanding isolation from background noise. A-T’s new ATH-ES7 stainless steel headphones blend contemporary design and outstanding acoustic performance. The new ATH-W5000 dynamic headphones with striped ebony housing achieve new levels of audiophile sound quality and listening comfort.
The International CES features products—and the companies that create them—from many different consumer technology markets. The first CES took place in New York City in June of 1967 with 200 exhibitors and 17,500 attendees. Since then, CES has grown more than eleven-fold. Nearly 2,700 exhibitors, filling 1.6 million net square feet of exhibit space, showcased their latest products and services to more than 140,000 attendees at the 2006 International CES. The show is sponsored by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA).
