Broadcast live from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles November 22, with A-T endorsers Kenny Chesney, Los Lonely Boys, and Hilary Duff among the performers, the American Music Awards honor achievements in popular music and the recording business. The awards salute the entire spectrum of popular musicians, from country-western to soul, hard rock, rap and traditional.

The Garza brothers—Henry on guitar, Jojo on bass, and Ringo on drums—of the blues-rock sensation Los Lonely Boys performed with Audio-Technica's Artist Elite® 5000 Series Wireless System with the AEW-T5400 handheld microphone/transmitter for vocals. Artist Elite AE3000 condenser mics were used on the snare and floor toms, while the AE2500 dual-element microphone was used on the kick drum.

Country superstar Kenny Chesney and music/film/tv phenomenon Hilary Duff also performed with Audio-Technica's Artist Elite® 5000 Series Wireless Systems.
