    ATH-CKL202iS In-Ear Headphones for Smartphone 1 5 1 1
Poor audio quality I just got the earphones today. Although between variety of earphones this is slightly expensive as introduced as a high quality brand, for the first call I had with my friend, he could hear his own voice on the other side. I hanged up, and call him three times. Every single time he could hear his voice. To test if the issue is from the earphones, I put the phone volume down, and he told me that he is not hearing his voice anymore. Definitely, I will refund my money, because IF I DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY, there are many other options! April 19, 2014

    Answer:
Generally speaking, you first gently but assertively pull off the rubber tips. Then you install the replacement tips by rotating them back and forth while applying pressure onto the headphones, as for a secure fit.
