ATH-M50x Professional Monitor Headphones
I purchased my pair about a month ago and I absolutely love the sound quality. I've owned many pairs of headphones and these have had the best sound quality so far. They are confoconfortable and feel really durable and sturdy. The only problem I've had is that the left earcup suddenly became really hard to rotate and feels like it's about to break. Ive stopped using themthem until I can find a way to fix the issue. Other than that they are O.K headphones for the price.

Amazing sound quality, brilliant headphones!
If you are looking for headphones with studio-quality sound for a budget price, this is definitely the way to go! I was blown away with the sound quality upon my first listen even without using an external DAC/amp. The ear cups have a great seal, so you can take this pair of headphones on an airplane and silence everyone else out. Be cautious if you have a small head, for these are some big headphones. Also no microphone, so don't plan on making any calls with these headphones, but it excels at its intended use, in the studio. These will not disappoint!!

Nearly perfect - 4.8/5.0
Seriously, when my solitary complaint about these headphones is that they don't include an inline remote for iDevices, that's saying something.
These headphones are completely amazing - I'm 2-3 hours into wearing them right now, with glasses nonetheless, and they're still as comfortable as the first 10 minutes.
The audio quality is unsurpassed. In full disclosure, I seriously considered a pair of "other major brand" Studio Pro headphones prior to landing on the ATH-M50x, and I'm SO glad that I chose these. Not only are they roughly half the price, but they perform at least as well, if not better, in every way. The range of these phones is as described in pretty much every other thorough review you'll read - amazing. Nice full lows, clear/crisp highs, and a clean mid-range that, if anything, is a tad under-powered, but can easily be fixed through some EQ tweaking.
I cannot recommend these headphones strongly enough! Worth every penny.

I have had these headphones since the week they came out with the "X" version. They have been absolutely fantastic from day one. Many headphones are limited to just one style of music, but these are perfect for everything from jazz to rock to rap to classical. I hope that everyone else who has these headphones enjoys them as much as I do.

Well made, and grea
This headphones feel great, and have three different cables included, what's also a good thing. Everything is well made, and looks durable. The sound quality and isolation is good, but it's maybe a bit too present in the low mids. Great for tracking ! I'm happy with my purchase.

Amazing all round Headphones for the price
in terms of value these are the best pair of headphones I have ever owned. They really have to be listened too to be believed. They are as good as everybody says. My main issue with these phones are purely cosmetic, they are darn ugly. Yes looks are a matter of taste, but I don't feel I can wear them outside without looking a little silly. But I guess people will say get Beats if you want looks. I really think AT should like at the design of these. I would wear these all the time if they had the right look. Look at B&O H6 for example, very nice looking phones (admittedly more expensive).

I am not an audiophile by any means, but I know good sounding music when I hear it, and these headphones provide just that. These are crisp and clear, but they have really nice, deep bass. These bad boys blow all the other headphones I have owned right out of the water, Well done Audio Technica!

These headphones sound and feel fantastic.
I have had these headphones for a little under a month now, and am amazed by their sound quality every time I use them. They sound great, they are very comfortable, and I never am worried about them breaking. I am more than happy with my decision to purchase the M50X.
