very good headphones
I got these headphones a few days ago and have been listening to them a lot. The sound quality is much better then any headphone I have ever heard. when I first took them out the bass was a little lacking yet after a while it got better. these headphones sound good no matter what type of music you listen to, I listen to all music from country to rap back to classic rock. they also cancel outside sound fairly well but keep in mind they don't have an actual noise cancelling system built in. I would strongly suggest buying these while you still can cause not only do they sound good but they look better then the regular M50s.

Very good but..
I'm no audio expert. In fact i'm only 16, but i'm not the type to buy headphones for the brand or just popularity. I do know what great headphones sound like, and these are it. These have amazing audio quality, build quality, and they look great to. The only problem I have with these headphones is that I listen to mainly dubstep. I know this genre of music is somewhat harsh on headphones because of the nature of the music, but when i'm listening through these headphones, they crackle such an unbearable amount, its painful. They say with these headphones you will hear tiny pieces in songs that you cant with others, and this is entirely true. I've heard sounds in songs that i knew by heart that I haven't heard in other headphones. I have listened to these in a wide variety of genres however, such as hip hop, rap, rock, alternative, and some others all for just testing and comparing to other headphones, and these blew the others away. I rated 3/5 for "ease of use" because of the fact that the cord is, I believe, 3.5 meters long. This makes them very hard for walking with these on, because it feels like you have a pocket full of rocks constantly rubbing against your leg. Of course, I do realize these are advertised as "studio monitoring headphones" and not casual use at school, but 3.5 meters is still way more than necessary. If these had a removable cord as many other headphones do, and had an overall shorter cord, I would definitely rate 5/5 for "ease of use". I hate to have to do it, but I will be returning these. Overall amazing headphones with great quality, but these are just not for me.

Couldn't want anything more.
I've owned Sennheiser HD 280's as well as AKG K 271 MK II and I have to say that these really deliver. I'm not too technical so I won't have the specific details that you might want from a review, but these headphones are very, very balanced. It does lack a bit in the mid-range, but I've never heard clearer response in the hi and lo ranges. In short, these headphones will show you how music was meant to sound. It simply makes it come to life... I love them.
