    TWICE VIP AWARD 2016 WINNER
Cut the cord, keep the vinyl. The AT-LP60-BT gives you all the great features of our popular AT-LP60 fully automatic belt-drive stereo turntable but with the added convenience of Bluetooth® wireless connectivity. So you can set up your turntable in one room and listen to it in another without having to run a bunch of cables. Up to eight different pairs of speakers, headphones or other devices that utilize Bluetooth® wireless technology can be stored in the AT-LP60-BT’s memory. Once stored, a simple push of the turntable’s Function button is all that is required to connect the turntable to your chosen wireless device.

The AT-LP60-BT also gives you the option of operating it just like a regular turntable with a traditional wired connection. Either way – wired or wireless – you get outstanding audio with the ease of automatic operation: just push the Start button to begin playing a record, and the Stop button to lift and return the tone arm and shut off the turntable (the stop function occurs automatically when a record has played all the way through). A tone arm Lift button is also included to let you raise and lower the tone arm without stopping the turntable.

Audio-Technica has been a leader in phono cartridge design for more than 50 years, and that expertise shows in the AT-LP60-BT’s Dual Magnet™ cartridge with replaceable stylus. The cartridge is integrated into the tone arm for assured performance and ease of setup.

The AT-LP60-BT plays both 33-1/3 and 45 RPM records and comes with a 45 RPM adapter, a dual RCA output cable (for wired connection) and a removable hinged dust cover. The turntable is available in black (AT-LP60BK-BT), white (AT-LP60WH-BT) and navy (AT-LP60NV-BT).

Overall the product works as expected. The automatic start and stop functions make life easy. I do wish it would have an on off switch as it is easy to accidentally turn it on while moving the tone arm or contacting the front buttons. I have only used it with the Bluetooth connections and the sound is great. All the richness of the vinyl shines through, provided you are within range. Also to setup the Bluetooth, as it states in the manual, if you read those things, you have to be no greater then 1m from the receiver or about 3 feet when you first pair the device. After the device is paired then you can move it a little further away. Overall I am very satisfied with the turntable and the ability to wirelessly connect to my home audio system a Yamaha receiver with Bluetooth dock YBA-10.

*** The Bluetooth function is terrible. Ive tried connecting it to three separate speaker systems to no avail. For example, do not count on this turntable to work wirelessly with a Bose Soundlink, sound-bar, or similar design. It appears to only work with speakers that you can actively manage from a computer screen. Really disappointing.

This is a great product, I had a small problem hooking to my sound bar. After reading another review I found the instructions to be a bit incomplete. After holding the Bluetooth button for longer than the instructions said it connected right away. This product has great sound for the cost and is so simple to start my fiancé can operate it now. The extras that came with it( record cleaning kit, brush and extra stylus) are a great bargain. My daughter and I have been listening to this all morning and I am very impressed.

I had the same experience as the other reviewers. The turntable wouldn't pair with my speaker. In my case, it's a Blackstar ID:CORE BEAM. I've had 10+ bluetooth gadgets, including speakers and stereos, and this was the first time one completely failed. This product does not work as advertised. I tried to contact customer service, got an automated email response saying someone would contact me in 2 days, and then never heard from them. Returning the product and would not buy audio technica again.

Okay, I almost returned this record player b/c I couldn't sync it. Turns out you have to hold the bluetooth button down for 5+ seconds. It initially flashes blue/purple and acts like it's trying to sync. If you continue to hold it down, the button starts alternating blue and RED. Then, it synced up perfectly. Totally silly but hope this helps someone.

Sadly I made the assumption this would connect with the BOSE Soundtouch as it is latest technology I have only just purchased. I am happy with the product but feel ripped off that I paid more for a function that does not work and clearly by looking at other reviews not just with our speaker but many brands - and we're not talking about a cheap old technology speakers either.

I'm not sure why people are having trouble with the Bluetooth but it connects to not my LG Soundbar system and my portable Bluetooth speaker just fine without any problems. I'm very happy with this purchase!

I wanted to love this product. I was really looking forward to freeing up some real estate in my home by getting rid of bulky speaks and my receiver. I have gone through 2 AT-LP60BK-BT turntables and neither work with my existing bluetooth speakers or the new Harmon Kardon Onyx I bought thinking my other speakers weren't compatible. Customer service was responsive but they couldn't really help me other than direct me to troubleshooting videos I'd already watched. After turning off every other BT device in my house I still couldn't get it to pair. I consider myself tech savy and when I purchase a new BT speaker that matches the specifications recommended I expect a positive outcome. Tech also admitted that the pairing instructions in the manual aren't accurate...regardless, even if it is user error (me), it really shouldn't be this difficult to pair a device. Blah. Guess I'll keep kicking it analog.

This product does not function properly. Consistently pauses on play back ruining the whole expiance. I would recommend saving yourself £50, and buy the non Bluetooth version, very disappointing that Audio Technica sell a product which clearly doesn't function as it should

The volume control will come from your stereo receiver or powered speakers, whichever you are plugging into.

I bought the AT direct drive and you have to place and remove the needle by hand. Used to be push button automatic start and lift off at the end of album. What's up?? Do any if your models do this?

                                      A:

The fully automatic AT-LP60 allows the user to simply click the "Start" button and walk away. The tone arm will automatically lift out of the rest, set down on the record, and return to the rest and stop when the record is finished. The AT-LP120-USB and the AT-LP1240-USB are both fully manual turntables. This means you will have to manually lift the tone arm and set it down on the record. When the record finishes, you will also have to place it manually back on the tone arm rest. Fully automatic turntables are popular for casual listening applications, while fully manual turntables are commonly used for more discriminating listening or DJ applications.

You may connect the turntable to compatible Bluetooth receiving devices such as headphones and speakers. Smartphones, computers, and such as transceivers and will not connect to the turntable.

If the turntable shows a SOLID BLUE LIGHT, the turntable is paired to the speaker. Often, Bluetooth speakers have a multi-function button used to play/pause music or pickup and hang-up phone calls. Try pressing that button on the speaker and will sometimes mute the music playing through the speaker. You may confirm this function with your speaker manufacturer.
