    TWICE VIP AWARD 2016 WINNER
Cut the cord, keep the vinyl. The AT-LP60-BT gives you all the great features of our popular AT-LP60 fully automatic belt-drive stereo turntable but with the added convenience of Bluetooth® wireless connectivity. So you can set up your turntable in one room and listen to it in another without having to run a bunch of cables. Up to eight different pairs of speakers, headphones or other devices that utilize Bluetooth® wireless technology can be stored in the AT-LP60-BT’s memory. Once stored, a simple push of the turntable’s Function button is all that is required to connect the turntable to your chosen wireless device.

The AT-LP60-BT also gives you the option of operating it just like a regular turntable with a traditional wired connection. Either way – wired or wireless – you get outstanding audio with the ease of automatic operation: just push the Start button to begin playing a record, and the Stop button to lift and return the tone arm and shut off the turntable (the stop function occurs automatically when a record has played all the way through). A tone arm Lift button is also included to let you raise and lower the tone arm without stopping the turntable.

Audio-Technica has been a leader in phono cartridge design for more than 50 years, and that expertise shows in the AT-LP60-BT’s Dual Magnet™ cartridge with replaceable stylus. The cartridge is integrated into the tone arm for assured performance and ease of setup.

The AT-LP60-BT plays both 33-1/3 and 45 RPM records and comes with a 45 RPM adapter, a dual RCA output cable (for wired connection) and a removable hinged dust cover. The turntable is available in black (AT-LP60BK-BT), white (AT-LP60WH-BT) and navy (AT-LP60NV-BT).

Comments about Audio-Technica AT-LP60BK-BT Fully Automatic Wireless Belt-Drive Stereo Turntable:

Aside from the flimsy plastic buttons this is a great sounding and easy to use record player. I'm not sure why people are having trouble with the Bluetooth but it connects to not my LG Soundbar system and my portable Bluetooth speaker just fine without any problems. I'm very happy with this purchase!

        Too good to be true

Comments about Audio-Technica AT-LP60BK-BT Fully Automatic Wireless Belt-Drive Stereo Turntable:

I wanted to love this product. I was really looking forward to freeing up some real estate in my home by getting rid of bulky speaks and my receiver. I have gone through 2 AT-LP60BK-BT turntables and neither work with my existing bluetooth speakers or the new Harmon Kardon Onyx I bought thinking my other speakers weren't compatible. Customer service was responsive but they couldn't really help me other than direct me to troubleshooting videos I'd already watched. After turning off every other BT device in my house I still couldn't get it to pair. I consider myself tech savy and when I purchase a new BT speaker that matches the specifications recommended I expect a positive outcome. Tech also admitted that the pairing instructions in the manual aren't accurate...regardless, even if it is user error (me), it really shouldn't be this difficult to pair a device. Blah. Guess I'll keep kicking it analog.

This product does not function properly. Consistently pauses on play back ruining the whole expiance. I would recommend saving yourself £50, and buy the non Bluetooth version, very disappointing that Audio Technica sell a product which clearly doesn't function as it should

Comments about Audio-Technica AT-LP60BK-BT Fully Automatic Wireless Belt-Drive Stereo Turntable:

            NOT HAPPY at ALL ...
BLUE TOOTH FUNCTION REQUIRES Being ACTIVELY MANAGED to SELECT DEVICE. Wont work with 2013 model SAMSUNG top line sound bar. Probably won't work via BT with sound-bars similar design. It appears to only work with speakers that you can actively manage from a computer screen.

Overall the product works as expected. The automatic start and stop functions make life easy. I do wish it would have an on off switch as it is easy to accidentally turn it on while moving the tone arm or contacting the front buttons. I have only used it with the Bluetooth connections and the sound is great. All the richness of the vinyl shines through, provided you are within range. Also to setup the Bluetooth, as it states in the manual, if you read those things, you have to be no greater then 1m from the receiver or about 3 feet when you first pair the device. After the device is paired then you can move it a little further away. Overall I am very satisfied with the turntable and the ability to wirelessly connect to my home audio system a Yamaha receiver with Bluetooth dock YBA-10.

                      Plus side -
                      Very ascetically pleasing
                      Easy to assemble and operate

                      Down side -
The buttons are a made from a thin plastic, which will likely not contribute to a malfunction... but just feel cheap
*** The Bluetooth function is terrible. Ive tried connecting it to three separate speaker systems to no avail. For example, do not count on this turntable to work wirelessly with a Bose Soundlink, sound-bar, or similar design. It appears to only work with speakers that you can actively manage from a computer screen. Really disappointing.

                          A:

Thank you for your inquiry. Here are more specific instructions on how to pair your turntable with your speaker:
                          1. Put Beats Pill+ in pairing mode first.
                          2. Hold down Bluetooth button on turntable until it quickly flashes purple three times, does nothing for about 2 seconds, then flashes purple once, NOW LET GO OF BUTTON!!!
                          3. As soon as you let go the button will begin to flash Red & Blue.
                          4. This light will flash red and blue for about 7 seconds or so, then flash only blue quickly about four or five times, then turn solid blue. Solid blue indicates the two devices are paired and the Beats Pill+ should be playing the audio from the turntable.

To turn off Bluetooth function on turntable.
                          1. Hold solid blue button until it flashes purple 3 times, then let go. The light should be off and not flashing, and your receiving device should have stopped playing audio.

To use receiving device that has already been paired with turntable again. (not re-pairing but rather activating the pair).
                          1. Turn receiving device on. Put in pairing mode if manufacturer suggests it.
                          2. Hold Bluetooth button on turntable until it flashes purple three times and then let go.
                          3. Light will flash blue 5-10 times. Once the light goes solid blue your receiving device should be playing audio from your turntable.

If you are convinced that the issue is with your LP60BK-BT, you will have two options:

Hello everyone. I'm looking into this as it has Bluetooth capabilities but I'm a little confused as to how it works. I don't want to use actual Bluetooth speakers, I'd much rather hook up speakers through cables, so I was wondering if that was possible? Also, would I be able to hook up my phone through the Bluetooth and play music through the speakers hooked up to the record player?

Thank you for your inquiry. The turntable has a 3.5mm output jack, so you may connect to external speakers. You cannot play your iPhone through the turntable.

Thank you for your inquiry. Please watch the video at the attached link. This should help you connect the Bluetooth turntable to your device.

Please note that we have observed that with some blue tooth speakers you must make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices operating in close proximity. These days that could be a number of things such as smart phone, headphones, TV's and even refrigerators and other appliances. It seems these devices can cause some interference or confusion in the pairing process. Either turn these devices off or take the turntable and speaker to another room, free of blue tooth transmission and make the initial pair. Once paired, you should be able to resume normal activity with your devices.

We have not compiled a list of compatible device for the turntable and we have customers using many different speakers. Please note you may want to match the Bluetooth specifications of the turntable with the speaker as such:

                          Codec : SBC
                          Profile: A2DP
Bluetooth version 3.0 (I believe this to be backward compatible.

I have included a link to a video that we created to help customers pair the turntable with Bluetooth play back device. Hopefully this video, along with the other information provided will help you get the system working.

I cannot pair the LP60 with an Argon BT2 receiver. This requires Enhanced Data Rate for BT, does the LP60 support this? And does the LP60 have NFC pairing?
