Is there a way to order just the plastic mounting plate where the screws hold the plate in place. Someone in our office must have pulled on the mic and broke where the screws go through the plate

How do I need to get a new cable and attach it to the shock mout plate so my 2 questions
        1. wireing pinouts of the base. We need to install again.
        2. Can I use a short XLR cable and permanently attach the male connection to the lectern than all the people will do is attach a 25' female XLR cable from that short cable to the snake. This saves the mount and damaging the wires from the mount attached to the audiotech mic.
We are a worship center and use many Audiotech mics
