Q:I cannot get this mic to work in the same cable that my Shure SM58 mic works in. Are they not compatible?
A:The U857QLU has a standard XLR connection at the base, therefore it is compatible with that same cable. However, the U857QLU is a Condenser microphone and will require Phantom Power to operate (requires a minimum of 11V). The SM58 is a Dynamic microphone and does not require Phantom Power to operate.
Q:What is the maximum bend that can be achieved in each of the flexible parts.
