Amazing
I've been using this microphone for about six months now, playing in a Country/Western band, as well as in a Blues/Rock band. I'm a baritone (chest voice) typically, but have a very high tenor head voice as well. This is an amazingly neutral microphone, except for a very slight bump in the upper mids, and a decent cut at about 5K.
The bad: this mic is not forgiving. Whatever your vocal issues are, it will find them. It is also very sensitive to stage volume and feedback.
The good: if you have a good voice (and control), you will sound better than you ever have! If you use IEMs, feedback is not an issue, and you can turn up the gain and catch every nuance of your performance. I have a small recording studio as well, and use this mic rather than any ribbon mic - it's that good!

I am looking to upgrade my mic and some of yours look very good. The problem is I need to try it out somehow before I buy.
I am a male ballad / swing singer with backing tracks so I am looking for excellent tonal qualities. It might be wired or wireless.
Have you a room / facilities at Leeds where I can test various mics through a PA system. I could bring my PA along if that was acceptable. The retail shops do not have the choice to try before you buy.
Hope you understand when parting with £500 / £600+ I need to know it is the best I can get for me.
