The new Engineered Sound®. Contractor-exclusive innovations for every acoustical challenge. And safe haven from RFI.

Equipped with Audio-Technica’s legendary electro-acoustic design innovations, the ES915C21 is ideal for applications where quality sound and flexible performance are imperative. This small-diameter gooseneck microphone provides highly flexible positioning while maintaining a well-contoured appearance. The microphone offers unsurpassed immunity from radio frequency interference thanks to UniGuard® innovations. The ES915C21 also offers an 80 Hz low-cut UniSteep® filter that reduces pickup of low-frequency ambient noise. The microphone’s low-profile element provides a uniform cardioid polar pattern with 120º acceptance angle. The microphone can be mounted on a podium or desktop with the included AT8474 low-profile isolation mount, which attenuates noise, shock and vibration transmitted through the mounting surface.

        A:

Thank you for your inquiry. This microphone does not have a switch. The ES915SC21 does have a switch near the base.

      Power supply options

I purchased a ES915C21 podium mic for our church and would like to install myself. I noticed the power supply was not included. Can you advise me as to one that would work for this mic (model #). Is there a 3-pin XLR cable from the mic base that plugs into the power supply?
Also, is the AT8474 base sufficient for holding the mic or is there a female XLR base receptacle needed?
      Thanks,
      Jan
