  • Overview

Audio-Technica’s System 10 is a digital high-fidelity wireless system designed to provide performing musicians and presenters with advanced 24-bit operation, easy setup and clear, natural sound quality. Operating in the 2.4 GHz range, far from TV and DTV interference, System 10 offers extremely easy operation and instantaneous channel selection. Up to eight channels may be used together without any frequency coordination problems or group selection issues. System 10 receivers and transmitters offer an easy-to-read digital ID display.

System 10 wireless ensures clear communications by providing three levels of diversity assurance: frequency, time, and space. Frequency Diversity sends the signal on two dynamically allocated frequencies for interference-free communication. Time Diversity sends the signal in multiple time slots to maximize immunity to multipath interference. Finally, Space Diversity uses two antennas on each transmitter and receiver to maximize signal integrity.

Featuring stackable, contemporary styling, System 10 is available in multiple system configurations, with handheld vocal microphone/transmitters and UniPak® body-pack transmitters designed for use with lavalier, headworn and instrument microphones as well as electric guitars. Each configuration includes the ATW-R1100 receiver and either a body-pack transmitter or handheld microphone/ transmitter. The ATW-R1100 is a digital receiver offering volume control along with AF Peak and Pair indicator lights.

Comments about Audio-Technica System 10 Stack-mount Digital Wireless Systems:

The system has excellent quality and I have had no interference problems with it. I was getting a little extra white noise at one venue, but it ended up being an EQ issue that was resolved on the board. Otherwise, the system has served me well for both live music and DJ'ing weddings. Speeches sound just as good as live vocals over a 6 piece band. Looking to buy another system soon!

          Uni pack add on

I purchased the base receiver/handheld mic combo. Can I add the unipak transmitter and pair it with the base unit??

          • A:

Yes, but the Stack-mount System 10 receiver does not currently offer multi pairing function. This means you will have to repair each transmitter.

Low Battery Indication, but fresh batteries? ATW-T1001

I put in two new batteries, turn the bodypack on and the "1" flashes slowly (Compared to pairing mode) and then shuts off. I tried two NEW batteries from a NEW package and a different brand, and it does the same thing. Any ideas?

          Batteies for transmitter

The manual states it needs 1.5v batteries. Most if not all rechargeable units only go up to 1.3. Is this sufficient or are disposables the only option? Thanks

        • Q:

Can I use mulitple body-pack transmitters with one receiver or do I need to buy muliple receiver/transmitter pairs?
          Asked on 12/8/2014 by nieee

          1 answer

          • A:

            Thank you for your inquiry.

You can pair one transmitter with the System 10 Stack-Mount receiver.

Note* For the System 10 Stompbox, Camera-Mount, and System 10 PRO:
You can pair multiple transmitters with the receiver, but you may only use one at a time. You will need separate transmitter / receiver pairs if you need to use multiple systems at the same time.

whats the difference ATW-T1002 handheld and a ATW 202 and would it work on an ATW-R1100 reciever
Asked on 12/3/2014 by jimmyfingas from Buffalo, NY, USA

          1 answer

          • A:

Thank you for your inquiry. The ATW-T1002 is a digital transmitter and the only hand held transmitter that will work with the System 10. The ATW-T202 is analog.

Can one stack 8 System 10 receivers and expect good result?

Actually I need to locate 6 System 10 units in a very small space surrounded by a thin layer of foamed plastic, and wondered about RF interference among similar units in a live music/vocal application.

          Max Channel Count

Your documentation states that up to 8 system 10 units can operate simultaneously. What factors, if any, affect the number of available channels, and to what extent (e.g. will one or two wifi networks reduce the number of available channels to 7, etc).

          1 answer

          • A:

Thank you for your inquiry. There is nothing we have found that would reduce the number. We have tested against several Wifi networks and are still able to get 8 systems to work with no issues.
