  • Overview

The ATW-DA49 is a UHF (wide-band 440-900 MHz) active unity-gain diversity antenna distribution system that enables one pair of antennas to feed multiple wireless systems. Provides two “1-in, 4-out” RF channels; connects a pair of antennas to as many as four wireless receivers. Either passive or active antennas may be used. Both input jacks offer switchable +12V DC output on their center pins to operate Audio-Technica powered antennas or other in-line RF devices if desired. The unit features all-metal construction for extreme durability and protection from radio frequency interference.

The ATW-DA49 is designed to complement Audio-Technica 2000 and 3000 Series wireless systems. It is also suitable for many other wireless systems operating within the 440-900 MHz range.

Includes ten RF cables, front-mount antenna cables and connectors, four DC power cables, +12V DC desktop power supply with detachable IEC power cable, and ATW-RM1 rack-mount hardware kit to permit attachment in a standard 19” rack space.

I have four R3100b receivers I am considering using with this distribution system. Two receivers are C-band and two are D-band. Are there any issues with connecting two different bands to one distribution unit? Can a set of antennas from one of the R3100b receivers be connected to the front mount antenna inputs for the ATW-DA49 unit, or does a different set of antennas have to be used?

    Ryan

With multiple frequency bands, I would recommend using the ATW-DA49 Wide Band Distribution Amp which will accommodate both of your bands. For antenna, you will also need to use a set of wide band antenna such as the ATW-A49. While this may not be ideal, you may also use a set of antenna from each band that feed into the ATW-49SP which will feed both signals into the ATW-DA49.

Can you use two 3000 recievers and an M3 monitor transmitter with the same ATW-DA49 simultaneously?

    BinaryRhyme

The DA49 is an antenna distribution for compatible wireless receivers, including the 3000 Series ATW-R3100(b). One can connect up to four compatible receivers to a DA49. The antenna combiner for the M3 is the MCB4. One cannot connect an M3-T (transmitter) to a DA49. What is the part number for a replacement power supply?

    TechNick

There are two pieces to the power supply for the ATW-DA49 Antenna Distribution system. The AC line cord is detachable and therefore is one piece. The part number for the AC Line Cord only is 960002230. The part number for the Switching Power Supply only is P11686. Please contact our Parts Department for pricing and availability of these items. Parts may be reached by phone at (330) 686-2600 ext 5002 or by email at parts@atus.com .

Is there a way to support 6 wireless receivers using one ATW-DA49? I have 6 Audio-Technica receivers. Is it a way to use one ATW-DA49 Distribution System for all 6 receivers? If so, will I lose anything or cause interference?

    HarveyD

There is no way to use one ATW-DA49 with 6 receivers. To support up to 7 receivers with one set of antennas, then two DA49's would be needed. If you have any further questions, please contact the Audio-Technica Audio Solutions Team at audio-solutions@atus.com . Thanks!

When joining two DA-49 together with the 8630 plate can I still mount the 2 antennas on the front on the short ears?

    TEMP

You would need one standard long ear, and the long ear from the RM1 (included with the DA49) to front mount the antennas in the configuration you'd like. Thanks!
