  • Q & A

    Are these noise isolating?

To be specific, these earphones are noise isolating, but not noise cancelling. With the use of the different ear pads, you can get the best fit in order to isolate best.

L-adapter malfunctioning? Why does the L-adapter change the function of the volume wheel and controller button? WITH L-adapter plugged in all the way, the bass is attenuated and volume controls the treble (for voice commands?) Holding the button down restores the bass. WITHOUT L-adapter, there is normal frequency response and operation. Partially unplugging the main cord from the L-adapter makes the system operate as I would expect. Is my L-adapter broken?
