    DO NOT BUY THIS

    2

Initially when i bought this product, i loved it. The sound quality was good. And the C-tips helped them stay in my ears easily. I used them everyday. Once, the cable got stuck in a door handle and got pulled, due to which one of the earpiece was almost dead. Since they were still under warranty they got replaced easily. With the new pair, i was way too careful and always used to protect the cable and prevent it from getting stuck anywhere. Now, the left earpiece is not as loud as the right one. The sound is unbalanced. They are pretty much useless for me now. And since the warranty expired i can't get them replaced. But, this time i am sure the cable was NOT pulled hard at all. These promise to be 'Sport' In-Ears. I went for jog and the next day the left earpiece is not working properly. This only tells me that the cable is too easy to pull. They could've easily provided a stronger joint between the cable and the speakers. DO NOT BUY them unless you're only going to sit at home and listen to music because using them outside will only leave you with a dead earpiece. In a period of 1.5 years TWO of them suffered the same problem. I had a pair i got with my mobile, and even they are more reliable than these.

For the slightly older, but basically the same CKX7s: I was initially dubious as to how they would stay in my ears compared to their older style exercise headphones - CKP200. I was pleasantly surprised to note that they do really well, I have to only very occasionally push them back in when they slip out a bit, and they never come right out. The older ones never fell off, but they always came out of contact with my inner-ear, so the sound was always weak and lacking bass. The foam on these seems to help them stay in for full contact, and therefore more bass, which is awesome. I would say they're a massive improvement over their previous versions, the ones that loop over the top of the ears. I tried some in-ear normal headphones as a comparison, and the hook design is much better, with the rubber nubs slipping out a lot more on the normal design. They should try to make them with a button to pause/resume fitness trackers-I have one on my pebble watch, and its really useful for when I'm at a water fountain or waiting for lights.

Great sound quality that isn't as uncomfortable as some.

Just picked these up and plugged them in. The sound quality is clear and bright without spikes or inappropriate reproduction of the range. I am using these as an adjunct to my over the ear studio headphones, primarily during recording. They are loud without sounding thin and no bass boost which can muddy the low end. Instead you get a real demonstration of how the sound should be. I have had other in ear headphones, Motorola SD 10, Jaybird Blue birds and although these are corded they sound much better then either of those. Curious to see how they feel during mountain biking or running.

    Clear Sound

Sound: Trable & Mids: Clear and detailed , but not rolling off. Fun and enjoyable instrument and vocal sounds - Audio Technica great known signature. Bass: mid bass is there, sub bass too, but it's restrained and accompany the highs without overcome it. Not recommended for hard bass lovers. Overall balanced signature, doesn't lack something on the spectrum Comfort: Large in ear (most sits out of thr ear), Very stable on workout Build quality: Expected better on this price range. after two days of normal use. the plastic connected area between the nozzle and driver starts to rotate a little. Hope it will last, only one week old :( I assume that my next in-ear will be more bassy for sports (maybe cks99)

Remove the C-tips from your headphones and wash them by hand with a mild cleanser mixed with water. Air dry thoroughly before use.
