What is Kibo?

Kibo is a company that Audio-Technica U.S., Inc. uses to manage online order fulfillment. Kibo is a trusted name in online shopping, providing customers with a convenient, professional and secure shopping experience. To ensure timely shipping, orders may be fulfilled by a local authorized dealer. And, of course, every order is backed by Audio-Technica.

What is Shopatron?

Shopatron is one of the companies that merged to form Kibo, so you will see references to Shopatron throughout your buying process. For example, the charge on your billing statement will appear under the name Shopatron*audiotechnica. Kibo and Shopatron are now the same company.

Can I buy all Audio-Technica products through the website?

No, not all Audio-Technica products are available for sale on our website. If there is not a buy box on the product page, it is not currently offered and will need to be purchased from another retailer. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Where do I direct questions regarding Audio-Technica products I am interested in buying?

Audio-Technica’s Audio Solutions team will answer your product-related questions. They can be reached by calling 1-800-516-7262, by emailing or by submitting a question using the online form. The Audio Solutions Department is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. ET.

Audio-Technica's Service Department will answer your questions related to service parts. They can be reached by calling 330-686-2600 ext. 5002.

Can I call to place an order instead of ordering online?

No. Audio-Technica manages a safe and secure online checkout process. We only accept online orders. Orders cannot be placed by telephone, postal mail, email or fax.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal are accepted.

I have a promotion code. Where do I enter the code to apply it to my order?

On the last page of the checkout before clicking PLACE ORDER, there is a box to enter promo codes towards the bottom left of the page. Enter your promo code exactly as you received it (promo codes are case sensitive), and click APPLY CODE. Your promotion will then be reflected under your order total.

Please note, products on sale, service parts, digital mixers, and RF Venue distributed products are not eligible for additional discounts.

Where does Audio-Technica ship to?

Audio-Technica U.S., Inc. only ships to the 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia and U.S. military APO and FPO addresses. We do not ship to the Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico or U.S. Virgin Islands.
When you request that your order be shipped to an APO or FPO address, the package will ship SAM (Space Available Mail) at no additional charge. Your package will ship from the APO or FPO address via the next available boat.
Audio-Technica is unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Does Audio-Technica offer expedited shipping?

No. At this time, Audio-Technica only offers Standard Shipping, which generally takes 3-7 business days. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

What are the shipping charges for orders placed at

Audio-Technica offers free shipping for all orders.

Will a signature be required upon delivery of my order?

A signature may be required upon delivery of all orders over $250.00. Orders under $250.00 will not require a signature.

Where is my product shipping from?

All orders are shipped by Audio-Technica U.S., Inc. or an authorized Audio-Technica retailer.

How do I check the status of my order?

Sign in to your Kibo Customer Account and click on My Orders to see the status of your order, or call Audio-Technica’s 24/7 Online Order Customer Service Line at 1-877-885-8764.
Throughout the order fulfillment process, you will also receive automatic email updates.

How do I track my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipment tracking number. You can also find this tracking number via your Kibo Customer Account by scrolling over My Orders and clicking on Shipped Orders, or by calling Audio-Technica’s 24/7 Online Order Customer Service Line at 1-877-885-8764.

How do I make a return?

Our hassle-free 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind. If you aren't delighted with your purchase, you can return a product within 30 days and we will happily refund the purchase price.

It's easy to return a product:
  1. Sign in to your Kibo Customer Account.
  2. Scroll over My Orders and click on All Orders.
  3. Find the order you want to return and select Create Return, then follow the directions. You will be emailed instructions for returning your product.
  4. Ship your unused product, in its original packaging, to the address identified in our email.

Please Note:
  • You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • All items must be in new condition and in their original packaging.

As soon as the fulfiller receives and processes your return, you will be notified via email. Your credit card should be credited within 10 business days of the time that you receive this email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.

What if I am having a problem with my product after the 30-day return window?

Contact Audio-Technica’s service department as the product might be covered under warranty. They can be reached by calling 330-686-2600 and asking for the Service Department.

Does Audio-Technica charge sales tax?

Tax will be applied to your order if applicable. Some areas require tax to be assessed on shipping and handling charges. Since the fulfilment location will be chosen after you place your order, your checkout screen and order confirmation email may not include applicable taxes.

Audio-Technica cannot process tax exempt online orders at this time.
