    TWICE VIP AWARD 2016 WINNER
Cut the cord, keep the vinyl. The AT-LP60-BT gives you all the great features of our popular AT-LP60 fully automatic belt-drive stereo turntable but with the added convenience of Bluetooth® wireless connectivity. So you can set up your turntable in one room and listen to it in another without having to run a bunch of cables. Up to eight different pairs of speakers, headphones or other devices that utilize Bluetooth® wireless technology can be stored in the AT-LP60-BT’s memory. Once stored, a simple push of the turntable’s Function button is all that is required to connect the turntable to your chosen wireless device.

The AT-LP60-BT also gives you the option of operating it just like a regular turntable with a traditional wired connection. Either way – wired or wireless – you get outstanding audio with the ease of automatic operation: just push the Start button to begin playing a record, and the Stop button to lift and return the tone arm and shut off the turntable (the stop function occurs automatically when a record has played all the way through). A tone arm Lift button is also included to let you raise and lower the tone arm without stopping the turntable.

Audio-Technica has been a leader in phono cartridge design for more than 50 years, and that expertise shows in the AT-LP60-BT’s Dual Magnet™ cartridge with replaceable stylus. The cartridge is integrated into the tone arm for assured performance and ease of setup.

The AT-LP60-BT plays both 33-1/3 and 45 RPM records and comes with a 45 RPM adapter, a dual RCA output cable (for wired connection) and a removable hinged dust cover. The turntable is available in black (AT-LP60BK-BT), white (AT-LP60WH-BT) and navy (AT-LP60NV-BT).

    Good sounding inexpensive turntable

    5

Actually, for the price, this thing sounds great. Purchased it for my autistic son who has a fascination with retro technologies, so this was a way to combine the old with the new. I paired it up with Bose Soundsport headphones, Bose QC35s, and a pair of EcoBoulders, and it plays very well with all of them with clear sound, no skips or jumps. And through the Boulders it is LOUD. So far I'm super happy with it. I've noticed a bunch of reviewers complain about the Bluetooth not working - which I originally had a lot of trouble with myself until I realized that the turntable has no concept of "Pause", so sometimes I'd start the turntable, no sound would come out, then I'd hit play/pause on my speakers and viola.. If the turntable was more expensive than it is, I might complain about that, but it's really not a problem. First albums played by my son, Led Zeppelin III and Deep Purple Machinehead 😀.

    FANTASTIC UNIT!!!

I've been using this bluetooth turntable going on 2 years now. Never had any issues with connecting to any of my bt speakers. The controls are very basic and extremely easy to use. I've got it inside the top drawer of an armoire. Even with the drawer closed, no signal issues. And even use the harman/kardon on the patio table in the back yard. All you need for this unit to function at top performance is a BRAIN!!

    Great entry level turntable!

We gave this turntable to our son this past Christmas, so we haven't had it for an extended period of time. That said, this is a nice entry level turntable. Bluetooth was seamless (once I watched the video instruction). We paired it up with Edifier Bluetooth speakers. The sound is great, this system is great.

Bluetooth not compatible with all speaker devices. Some speakers require software upgrade before it works with the turntable. Very frustrating. Also, the bluetooth drops from time-to-time if another bluetooth device is in the vicinity

    Beware of Bluetooth incompatibility!!

    3

I had purchased this device to pair with my Onkyo TX-8160 receiver but although it showed it paired, no sound was forthcoming! In searching the Audio-Technica site I found numerous individuals had the same issue. I plugged in a BTunes Bluetooth transmitter into the audio out from the turntable and that not only paired but offered sound! Moral of the story is it turns out there are three flavors of Bluetooth and they are not necessarily compatible!

  • Q & A

Hi! I've had my player for about a year now. Today when I tried to listen to my records through a Marshall bluetooth speaker (which I've always used) the volume of the music was super low - I had to turn volume up to maximum level to hear even something and this was not nearly enough. Before today the player has worked perfectly. I tried both phono and line setting and ended up with the same result with both. It actually worked when I connected the player with an AUX cable to the speaker so there must be something wrong with the bluetooth setting, right? There's nothing wrong with the speaker itself as I was able to listen to music normally from my phone by connecting with bluetooth to the speaker. Do you have any idea what this might be about? The main reason for buying your player was the possibility of connecting to my speaker with bluetooth so I'm really hoping that it'd start working properly.

Does this product also include the USB interface and cable of the old product, and Audacity software, as the old USB product did, to be able to convert vinyl records into MP3 that I can listen on mobile phone? In absence of USB, how can I convert music off vinyl discs to MP3? Can it be done with BT and would BT rip quality be on par with USB rip quality? Thanks.

    Sam-the-Record-Man

No it does not. You may use a third party audio interface to connect the analog output of the turntable to which will then allow you to use recording software to record your records into your computer. You may find helpful information on that topic here: https://blog.audio-technica.com/audio-solutions-question-of-the-week-how-do-i-record-music-from-my-a-t-usb-turntable-on-to-my-computer/ Please contact our Audio Solutions Department at (330) 686-2600 ext 5000 or at audio-solutions@atus.com for additional assistance with this.

I set up my new LP60 as per the instructions but when the arm drops on to record (LPs) it just skates across to the end leaving a scratch. Is this a set-up problem or should I return it?

Is a receiver necessary for this unit?

    Nat

You may connect wirelessly to a compatible Bluetooth receiver or wired to a PHONO input on a stereo receiver or directly to powered speakers.

Hi there, I'm looking at buying this turntable but I need to know if I will be able to connect it by Bluetooth to my Bose soundtouch 300 soundbar. Apparently if the turntable goes into discoverable mode it won't find my soundbar. It needs to be able to search for my soundbar then it will connect. Will this turntable do this? Many thanks Rick

Will this turntable connect to the Bose SoundLink Mini Bluetooth speaker?

    Russ

Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, it will.

    Rick

My LP 60 bt pairs with my Bluetooth speaker but no sound can be heard.. I've had the two working fine before now but for no obvious reason, the sound can't be heard. I've switched off other Bluetooth receivers and done all the resets I can think of without success. The Bluetooth speaker works fine with my phone and it is definitely pairing with my turntable??

    Jonny 0607

Thank you for your inquiry. Trying pressing the pair button. That will mute / unmute the audio.

    Rick

I cannot get the turntable to pair with a new Sony Bluetooth speaker. It continues to flash blue, but never connects.

    Suzi

Thank you for your inquiry. Please watch the video at the attached link. This should help you connect the Bluetooth turntable to your device. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vSV9T4ay-7E Please note that we have observed that with some blue tooth speakers you must make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices operating in close proximity. These days that could be a number of things such as smart phone, headphones, TV's and even refrigerators and other appliances. It seems these devices can cause some interference or confusion in the pairing process. Either turn these devices off or take the turntable and speaker to another room, free of blue tooth transmission and make the initial pair. Once paired, you should be able to resume normal activity with your devices.

    Rick

I just received my turntable as a gift. I put the disc part in place but I am not sure if I put it in upside down and I can't get it out. I wanted to know how to get it out if is stuck or locked in?

    Rod

Please refer to the information below for the proper setup of the turntable. If the platter is stuck, return/exchange at your point of purchase. https://blog.audio-technica.com/audio-solutions-question-of-the-week-how-do-i-set-up-my-at-lp60-turntable/
