Can this be used with headphones? Or any speaker that connects to a headphone jack?

    Chris

This turntable (along with our other models as well) do not have a headphone jack. Technically speaking, you could use the included RCA-3.5mm jack and plug headphones into that directly from the back of the turntable, however, the volume would be very low. You could also buy speakers that have a headphone jack. Connect the speakers to the turntable and then monitor the volume through headphones out of the speaker.

What type of cartage can I use with this unit? My amp can accommodate Moving Coil or Magnetic

    None

The AT-LP60RD (and all on the LP60 line up) only uses the stock ATN3600L cartridge. You cannot use a different cartridge.

Can I record an album to a cassette deck with this or any other Audio Technical turntable?

    Twist

Thank you for your inquiry. Not directly.

    AudioSolutionsManager

The answer should be yes. Connect the RCA cables from turntable, in the "line" position directly into the cassette recorder "external" input and record. I can do that with mine... Harry

do I need to buy speakers for this unit or is it stand alone

    mike

I purchased one of these turntables and after many attempts to figure out why almost every record would skip is due to the tone arm. Is there any way to adjust the tone arm? Or some way to add a tad bit of weight to the stylist? Very disappointed with this purchase from Amazon. I've only had it since Oct 6th

Just bought this. Hooks up to house wired speakers. Understand product has a preamp, but would sound be better with an amplifier?

    Hagert

You may connect the turntable directly to Powered Speakers which indicate the speakers have an internal amplifier in them. Does this have USB connectivity?

    Julie

The AT-LP60RD does not include as USB connection.

Will this work with just powered speakers, no amplifier or receiver?

    Carrie

Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, the AT-LP60RD has a built-in RIAA preamp which will allow you to connect the turntable directly to powered speakers. Power Suplly Turntable has DC servo-controlled drive and input requirement 120 V, 60Hz. Power supply in India is 230 V, 50 Hz. Converter can reduce voltage to 120 V and with DC motor drive, 50 Hz should also be workable without problem. Will 120 V, 50 Hz workable?

    dkkhanna

    Yes it will.
