Will this be able to safely mount an AT2035 upside down with this shock mount?

    Lipton

Thank you for your inquiry. It should, although I would be sure to secure the microphone in some way to ensure it does not drop out.

Does this Product work with the ATR2500-USB?

    Dante

Thank you for your inquiry. I believe the mount would get in the way of the controls.

    AudioSolutionsManager

I'm thinking of purchasing an AT2020USB+. Is a shock mount absolutely necessary if I am looking to attach the mic to a desk clamp scissor arm stand? I'm running on a tight budget and am curious whether I really need the shock mount or not and if it makes a difference. Thanks!

    KevinMelon

No, shock mounts are never an absolute necessity. A shock mount will help remove noises transferred from the device the microphone is connected to, such as a microphone stand to the microphone itself by decoupling the two.

My Black adjustment bands are getting weak. Do you sell new ones? I would need two to replace and two for spares.

Will the AT8458 shock mount fit an AT4033 properly?

    Mike

No. The AT8458 is for the 20 Series large body microphones. The AT8449a is the shockmount for the 40 Series large body microphones.

How do I purchase online? It's not letting me add to cart. Is it still available or discontinued?

    Sarah

You may contact your state's Audio-Technica Representative for assistance. Additionally, you may contact your local Authorized Audio Technica Dealer for pricing and availability. http://www.audio-technica.com/cms/features/6a7d826fd52a9da3/index.html

Would this mount work with a at3525 mic (discontinued)? I lost the oem mount in hurricane katrina. If not, which mount can I use?

    Miguel

Thank you for your inquiry. That mount would be too large for this mic. I would suggest the AT8471 isolation clamp that is used with the AE3000 microphone.

Is there a difference between the AT2020+ and AT2020USBi dimensions. I have the AT2020USBi and I need a shock mount for it. Will this shock mount hold it in place or would a different one be needed?

    Thomas

There is no difference in the casing bodies of the two listed microphones.

    ATUS_Specialist3

Does this work for AT2020+USB or do i need to buy another shockmount?

    Newbie

Yes, the AT8458 will fit the AT2020USB+ microphone but may obstruct the front controls and headphone jack.

    ATUS_Specialist3

I actually own both of these and it works just fine, it doesn't obstruct anything whatsoever.

    William

Will this work with the AT2020USB+ ?

    PlanetHewie

Yes, the body of the microphone will fit in the AT8458 Shock Mount. The headphone and controls on the microphone will be covered though.

    ATUS_Specialist3

While not specifically designed for the AT2020USB+, rather the AT2020, it will fit the mic. However, this would limit your access to controls on the microphone body when hooked into the shock mount.
