Is there a way to order just the plastic mounting plate where the screws hold the plate in place. Someone in our office must have pulled on the mic and broke where the screws go through the plate

      Mike

Thank you for your inquiry. No, that part is not available separately.

How do I need to get a new cable and attach it to the shock mout plate so my 2 questions 1. wireing pinouts of the base. We need to install again. 2. Can I use a short XLR cable and permanently attach the male connection to the lectern than all the people will do is attach a 25' female XLR cable from that short cable to the snake. This saves the mount and damaging the wires from the mount attached to the audiotech mic. We are a worship center and use many Audiotech mics

The wiring pinout is 1:1 standard XLR wiring. Please contact our Audio Solutions Department at (330) 686-2600 ext 5000 or at audio-solutions@atus.com for additional assistance with this.

This doesn't show what it looks like on the underside, I ned to know if the xlr cable plugs in the bottom, or if it's soldered, and how low profile it is.

There are screw terminals on the bottom of the AT8646QM. Please contact our Audio Solutions Department at (330) 686-2600 ext 5000 or at audio-solutions@atus.com for additional assistance with this.

Does this need to be installed with AT8300 cable? I was wondering if you have some sort of a cable ready so i wont have to buy the bulk cable.

Thank you for your inquiry. Any microphone cable should work.
