    Excellent piece of equipment

    4

Sensitive enough to do just about anything you want to do with it. Don't try to operate it without a wind screen on it however. Sound quality second to no other piece of equipment. Ours get's pretty steady (at least twice a week) use and after 3+ years still hanging in there. Couldn't find and still can't find a dealer to service us. Whoever sold total unit didn't hide a business card anyplace. All the people who were involved now moved or gone. This internet site can't come up with a service or sales rep either much less a dealer.

Will this mic work with the ATW-T210a UHF Transmitter?

    Eric

No, it will not. You will need the wireless version of the mic, the AT898cW, for it to work with our UniPak model wireless transmitters. The ATW-T210a is a UniPak model. The AT898 is the wired version of the mic (wired only).

Will this connect to a audio-technica ATW-T701 UHF transmitter

    Joe

Thank you for your inquiry. No this specific model has an XLR connection. You will need the AT898cW. "cW" means it is terminated with the 4 pin HRS connector for use with our AT belt packs.

Can the wired AT898 Subminiature Cardioid Condenser Lavalier Microphone be connected to a wireless system. If so which unit and how.

    Audio Newbie

You may use the AT898cW microphone to connect to an Audio-Technica UniPak wireless transmitter. Mics for old at body packs Our church has a very old audio-technica wireless rackmount system. The body pack is an ATW-T31 and I can not get the AT 829 mics to work with this unit. The 829 mic works well with the ATW-T27 body pack of the external unit that we have. If these are condenser mics, would the wiring be different on the two units? Thanks. Paul

Please contact the Audio-Technica United States (ATUS) Audio Solutions Team at: audio-solutions@atus.com Please include the model numbers of the equipment you are using with a detailed description of your issue, as this type of inquiry might require additional email correspondence. Thanks!

Will this mic work with the ATW-T310B looking for a good lapel mic for this unit, primary use is for speaking.

    GlenB

The wireless version of the AT898 (wired) that will work with Audio-Technica UniPak Bodypack Transmitters is the AT898cW. This includes the ATW-T310b transmitter. The microphone needs to have a "cW" in the title in order to be compatible with most Audio-Technica wireless transmitters. Any microphone that has "cW" in the title will work with the following Audio-Technica Wireless Systems - System 8 / 9 / 10 - Pro Series 3 / 5 - 200 / 700 / 1800 / 2000 / 3000 / 4000 / 5000 Series Thanks!
