TAG is seeking a SALES AND LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR for AUDIO-TECHNICA to support its SALES and OPERATIONS teams and work from our Sydney office in Stanmore. We are looking for a special person: the right individual needs to love data, processing and customer service, as well as being process driven, motivated, highly organised, have great attention to detail and work well individually as well as part of a dynamic team. This person will be intrinsic to all facets of the Audio-Technica business with a focus on supporting the sales and logistics teams. This will include processing sales and purchase orders, maintaining and improving back-end processes including EDI, responding to customer enquiries, running reports and providing information for international and domestic business partners. They will also be ingrained in our ERP system (SAP) to assist management, product managers and the sales team and ensuring that the day-to-day operations are running smoothly. Previous experience with SAP or other like ERP systems would be of benefit, but not essential. MUST HAVE’s are:
