How can I return an item from my online order?

Would you like to return an item from your order?

At Audio-Technica we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may wish to change your mind. Our team are on hand to help you return an item from your order.

Whilst we offer refunds or exchanges on purchases, the goods should be returned in a similar condition that they were received in with all packaging. Audio-Technica reserves the rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How long do I have to decide whether to return my item?

You have 14 days from receiving your goods to return an item for an exchange or refund.

How do I initiate the return?

The easiest way to start the returns process will be to contact our service team directly on service@tag.com.au and quote your online order number with your receipt. This will provide our team with all of the information that they need to be able to help you to return your order promptly.

If you haven’t received an email confirmation, or are experiencing any further issues, you can also reach us via onlinesales@tag.com.au.

What happens next?

Our team will then provide authorisation and request you to send the product to Technical Audio Group at 19/43-53 Bridge Road, Stanmore, NSW 2048.

Carefully package your product and ship it back to our Service Centre. It is important that your RMA Document is included with the product and the RMA number must be clearly labelled on the outside of your packaging.

Once we receive the goods, we will process your return and issue a refund or exchange within 7 working days. Our team will keep you updated during the process.
