If your product is in warranty your first action should be to contact your retailer, where the product was purchased from, who will assist you with exercising the warranty terms.
If you purchased your item directly from us, or you are one of our retailers acting on behalf of your customer, then please complete the following form to arrange to return your product to our designated Service Centre. Upon submission, our team will review your request and generate a Returns Authorisation Document, enabling us to efficiently identify your package upon its arrival. This will facilitate our Service Centre in promptly restoring your product to its specified standards.
