Gaming

The ATH-GL3 (closed back) and ATH-GDL3 (open back) – our lightest gaming headsets – are ideal for long gaming sessions. Each headset comes with two detachable cables: a 3.0 m (9.8') cable with 3.5 mm (1/8") mic and headphone plugs for connecting to computers, and a 1.2 m (3.9') cable with a 3.5 mm (1/8") TRRS plug for connecting to PS5, Xbox Series X, and other gaming consoles. The premium wired gaming headset, ATH-G1, is another excellent choice for PC or console gaming. It features specially tuned, large-diameter 45 mm drivers, and delivers an immersive sound quality for the ultimate gaming experience. The attached cable includes a simple volume control and locking microphone mute switch for one-hand operation.

If you’re looking specifically for a PC gaming headset, you might enjoy the convenience of our premium wireless gaming headset, the ATH-G1WL, which operates in the 2.4 GHz range for dependable performance, and offers switchable 7.1 surround sound and up to 15 hours of battery life. Or consider the ATH-M50xSTS-USB StreamSet™, a USB headset that combines the legendary studio sound of the ATH-M50x headphones with the clarity of the iconic 20 Series microphones. Both are compatible with Windows or macOS.

Videoconferencing

Our ATH-101USB (single-ear) and ATH-102USB (dual-ear) USB computer headsets were specially designed for professionals or students who spend a lot of time engaging with others over videoconferencing software. With USB-A and USB-C output options, these lightweight, affordable headsets provide plug-and-play connectivity, and boast a noise-cancelling microphone that suppresses ambient sound. All of our aforementioned gaming headsets can also pull double duty for videoconferencing, making them a great choice for gamers who don’t want to invest in an additional headset or for others who simply want better sound quality.

Content Creation

As the name implies, our StreamSetâ„¢ headsets were designed with streamers and other content creators in mind. Available in analog (3.5 mm headphone input, XLR microphone output) and digital (USB-A, plus USB-C adapter) versions, the StreamSet not only offers professional sound quality, but includes a boom arm that flips up to quickly mute the mic, and comes with two types of interchangeable earpads to emphasize either high fidelity and isolation or breathability and comfort.

While most podcasters – especially those with in-studio guests – tend to work with a standalone mic, both of our StreamSet models will provide professional podcasting results, as well. Likewise, the BPHS1 broadcast headset (see below) is another excellent choice for the podcaster who prefers to use a headset.

The analog ATH-M50xSTS StreamSet and BPHS1 both have an XLR microphone output, so, to connect to a computer, you’ll need an audio interface that can take the analog signal from the headset and convert it to digital (USB). The Focusrite Scarlett Solo is one popular interface, but there are many others on the market, offering a variety of inputs and other features. So search for one that will work well for your application.

Sports Broadcasting

With its clear, natural-sounding vocal reproduction and rugged construction, the BPHS1 stereo headset is a great choice for regional sports or esports broadcasting. Its boom-mounted cardioid microphone rejects ambient noise and can be positioned on either the right or left side, according to the wearer’s preference. The BPHS2, with its low-profile, on-ear design, propriety 45 mm drivers, and hypercardioid dynamic microphone, is our premium broadcast headset, recommended for the coverage of professional sports. Cardioid (BPHS2C) and single-ear (BPHS2S) versions are also available.
