Extended return times during the holiday period


We have extended our returns policy for the 2023 holiday period. Any items purchased between 1st December and 31st December 2023 can be returned until January 31st, 2024.

Would you like to return an item from your order?

At Audio-Technica we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may wish to change your mind. Our team are on hand to help you return an item from your order.

Whilst we offer refunds or exchanges on purchases, the goods should be returned in a similar condition that they were received in with all packaging. Audio-Technica reserves the rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged. Please note we are unable to accept returns for in-ear/canal headphones due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How long do I have to decide whether to return my item?

You have 14 days from receiving your goods to return an item for an exchange or refund.

How do I initiate the return?

The easiest way to start the returns process will be to reply to the Order Confirmation email that you received when placing your order. This will provide our team with all of the information that they need to be able to help you to return your order promptly.

What happens next?

Our team will generate a returns document which you will need to use as the address label on your package to ensure your return can be identified on arrival and directed to our Service Centre.

Carefully package your product and ship it back to our Service Centre.  It is important that your RMA Document is used for the address label; if it is not possible to use this label then the RMA number must be clearly labelled on the outside of your packaging.

Once we receive the goods we will process your return and issue a refund or exchange within 7 working days. Our team will keep you updated during the process.
