If your product is covered by its manufacturer's warranty then we will provide you with a replacement unit. In the event that this product has been discontinued, or is no longer available, we will replace the unit with a suitable alternative.

If your product is outside of its warranty then your Service Centre will contact you after inspection to let you know the best available options.
