Hospitality
Large Scale Conference
Challenge Provide two-way audio support for large group meetings that can adapt to multiple configurations and potentially high channel counts.
Solution The ATUC-IR system is a great choice for hospitality services because of the quick deployment, flexible battery management, and excellent audio quality. Useful in a large space with many participants, the system can scale up or down as the needs of the event change.
- Deploys quickly
- Presets can be recalled from front panel of CU or any device with a web browser
- Audio can be recorded to USB drive in .wav or .mp3 format
- Local sound reinforcement at each seat
- Headphone connection for each user
- Uses standard 3-Pin XLR gooseneck condenser microphones
- Up to 10 open talk channels at one time
- Secure transmission

Flexible Meeting Space – Solution 1
ChallengeMedium-sized meeting spaces can be utilized for many applications. Capturing audio with one mic will not cover everyone. A full, installed audio system is not practical in this space. A USB-based audio system for 4 to 10 people is required.
Solution The System 10 PRO with the ATDM-0604 is a great solution for these intermediate conference spaces. This solution allows you to only deploy the necessary microphones for the participants in the room, while each microphone can be muted locally. The ATDM-0604 is a professional USB interface with multiple I/O options for System 10 PRO or other audio sources. Multiple output buses with a full suite of AEC, dynamics and EQ make this solution excellent for the many different challenges in mid-sized conference spaces.
- No frequency coordination
- Up to 10 channels per area
- Multiple I/O options on mixer (microphone, line, USB, array, etc.)
- AEC & full EQ suite; feedback suppression
- USB 2.0 connection

Flexible Meeting Space – Solution 2
Challenge Provide sound reinforcement in a flexible space, without using wireless transmission and minimizing cabling.
Solution The ATUC-50 is a cost-effective solution for miking flexible meeting spaces. The daisy-chain category cable infrastructure provides power, audio and control over a single, readily available cable. Multiple category-cable ports on the system allow for open connections around the room. Having multiple connection points allows a facility to utilize the space differently while maintaining excellent audio quality.
- Deploys quickly using category cable daisy chain
- Up to 10 open talk channels
- System presets can be recalled from the front panel or on any device with a web browser
- No batteries or frequencies to manage
- Uses almost any 3-pin condenser XLR gooseneck microphone
- A single control unit allows you to extend up to 4 connection points around the room
- Can also be configured in a ring connection for fail-safe operation
- Expandable to up to 300 desk units (with multiple control units and power extensions)

Presentation Solution 1
Challenge Covering audio in small, adjacent, flexible meeting spaces.
Solution System 10 PRO’s automatic frequency coordination provides for interference-free operation even in facilities with other System 10 PRO deployments. Utilizing a rechargeable gooseneck desk stand, the system can be set up quickly. The ATDM-0604 has multiple professional I/O options and interfaces with any USB 2.0 device for soft-codec applications.
- Up to 10 channels per area
- No frequency coordination
- Antennas can be extended with standard category cable
- Easy mute with green/red LED indication
- Multiple I/O on the mixer
- AEC, EQ and feedback suppression

Presentation Solution 2
Challenge Presenters need to stay focused on their talks and not be distracted by the technology they are using. Wireless microphones need to be used to send audio for sound reinforcement or to a far destination.
Solution The Audio-Technica 3000 Series wireless features a charging bay that keeps the AA rechargeable batteries topped off and keeps the handheld transmitter muted until it’s removed from the charger. When the presenter takes the transmitter from the charger, the wireless unmutes and starts to transmit audio – no need to search for a power switch. To mute the mic, the presenter simply returns the transmitter to the charging bay or uses the mute switch on the bottom of the handle. Similar operation for the body-pack transmitter, with a number of excellent lav and headworn microphone options.
- Lift-and-talk operation: Remove transmitter from the charging station and it automatically connects and starts to transmit audio
- Battery charger keeps AA rechargeable batteries topped off and ready for use
- Metal transmitters for durable operation
