To protect against damage to the cantilever and wear to the stylus tip of the AT-ART1000, we offer our Cartridge Rebuild Programme, a paid service.  This service offers a replacement of the whole motor unit (stylus tip,cantilever, coils and rubber dampers). You can achieve this by returning your AT-ART1000 back to our factory in Tokyo, Machida.

The cost of this rebuild programme is 1990 EUR inc. VAT (price correct as of 30 June 2020).If you are interested in sending your cartridge back for this rebuild programme, please contact us for further information. The rebuild programme is not available for other cartridges.
