If the parts you are looking for are not currently available, our previously developed 'spares basket site' - which is a separate store from our normal website - is still currently available to purchase user-replaceable parts from. To use this, read further down this article to find a Parts Shopping list.

You will need to contact your local Audio-Technica office for further assistance. For customers based in Europe, Middle East or Africa, your local Audio-Technica office can be found through our Distributor page.

This shopping list below uses a unique basket site that is only used for Replacement Parts. To add the parts that you need to your basket, check for your product name in the table below and click the link next to the relevant part(s). If the part that you need is not listed, you will need to submit a query so that we can help you to identify the part and check its availability.

Please note that we only sell 'user-replaceable parts'. Service parts, which require specialist tools to repair or test the item, are not available to purchase; instead, we recommend returning your item to your local Audio-Technica Service Centre.

Important note on Spares Availability and Shipping times: This basket site is not able to check our real-time stock availability and will let you place an order for the items regardless of whether items are readily available or are waiting for the factory to produce the next batch. When you place an order, if the items are in stock and available then the order should process through our warehouse and dispatch by courier within 1-2 business days.

If stock is not available at the time of placing your order, one of our team will get back to you (usually within 2 business days) to let you know when stock will be due to arrive and allow you to choose whether to keep the order on for when our next batch of stock arrives, or to cancel your order.

Many spare parts, when our stock is fully sold out, can take up to 3 months to be delivered from our factory.
